A COMPLAINT

         Dear Sir ir Madam,

         I am writing to complain about your new video game ( Assassin`s Creed:Origins )
         which i purchased physical yesterday evening as a gift for my cousin.

         At the advertisement of the game its says that the physical game includes the poster
         of a character of the game and a ticket with a redeem code, but when i open the
         chase it only had the CD game and nothing more.

         My cousin was present at that moment so we can´t redeem the code that can give us
         a leveling-fast potion and a cosmetic of a boss that we can kill at the middle of the 
         game. So yesterday we just play the game like if we purchase the game online.

         Furthermore, when i was killing a boss the game crashes and we can´t get in when i 
         reload the game, this is completely unacceptable.

         I think this company shouldn´t get called Ubisoft but Buggysoft because all the bugs 
         in-game has a record. I would be grateful if you could send me a refund or a new set
         of the game. 

        I look forward to hearing from you in the near future and it dont repaeat again.
